I began studying Hinduism at age 16 and I have been teaching yoga and mantra meditation for 40 years. My forms originate from Pune and Mysore, India. These places are dear to my heart and I live there for half the year to continue my own cycle of learning.

When the mind is cluttered and the body is weak, distractions dictate your existence. It's easy to forget that life is not measured by the collection of unnecessary complexities. My practice sharpens the mind and refines the body. All types of people, from troubled teens to white-collar desk jockeys, have benefited from my instruction.

Life should be simple but, more often than not, it's a challenge. Lesson 1: If you want to change your world you must first change yourself. If you want to learn more, you have to come to class.
